Managing your returns online
If you wish to return an item, simply log in to your account, click on ‘My Account’, followed by ‘Orders’. Select the order that you would like to return and click ‘View’. On the order details click ‘Return Order’. This will alert us that you are returning the order. Once the above has been completed, simply print out and fill in our Return Form (found at the bottom of this page) and send back the order to us at the address below.
What to do
You must have your return form and the original receipt. CAVALLO will only offer a refund once we receive the items. If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange, all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form. All returned good will be inspected to make sure the item is in its original condition. If the item appears damaged or worn, we may not be able to accept the return.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may return any item within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Who will pay for the return/exchange cost?
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
How many days will it take to issue a refund?
A refund will be issued within 14 working days once we receive the item. We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.
If you receive a faulty item, please log in to your account and return your item like you usually would, however on the returns form found in the package fill out what was faulty. You may also wish to email our returns department, with your order number, name and address, your reason for returning the item, and whether you required a refund or exchange as you will get a more efficient response. If we are unable to exchange the item, we will inform you via email.
